At Team Kline, we believe in growing our own. That’s why we launched Kline University—our in-house electrical apprenticeship program built on real-world experience, expert instruction, and a curriculum backed by Mike Holt and Hawkeye Community College. From day one to journeyman licensure and beyond, Kline University equips apprentices with the tools to build lasting careers in the trades.
