Employee Stock Ownership Program

What does employee ownership mean? It means when Team Kline succeeds, YOU succeed. Every employee has a stake in the company’s future — and a reason to give their best, every day.

An ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is a program that gives employees ownership stakes in their company. The company funds the plan, and employees receive shares of stock, benefiting from the company's success and growth. It also acts as a retirement plan.
The 401(k) Plan remains available for your retirement savings, while the ESOP is an additional retirement plan funded entirely by the company.
Being employee-owned means that Team Kline is partially owned by its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This model lets our team hold shares in the company, making them stakeholders in our success. As employee owners, they benefit directly from the company's growth and profitability. This structure also promotes a collaborative work environment, with everyone having a vested interest in our company's achievements.

We created our own apprenticeship Kline University. By starting your career with Team Kline, you’ll have a solid foundation of electrical expertise for a successful career. Our apprentices are motivated to achieve a higher standard of safety, time management, and overall electrical knowledge on top of the standards found in other programs.
