Project Spotlight: Powering Progress in Nebraska and Iowa
Newly completed CIVCO Medical Solutions facility in Iowa—an impressive project showcasing Team Kline’s craftsmanship, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Two recent builds, Sagebrook in Nebraska and the CIVCO Medical Solutions facility in Iowa, are great examples of what happens when teamwork, adaptability, and craftsmanship come together.

Sagebrook: Building Big in Nebraska
In La Vista, Nebraska, our Omaha team is taking the lead on Sagebrook, our largest project in the state to date. This expansive multi-family development features more than 360 apartments and townhomes, a clubhouse with a swimming pool, five detached garage banks, a fitness center, and a package room.
Foreman Parker Anderson is heading the project, with support from our Des Moines team. The crew developed a custom lighting package to meet specific city requirements.
Working in Nebraska also meant adapting to different licensing requirements and wiring methods—but the team handled it with ease.
“We’ve learned a lot from our first big multi-family project in Nebraska,” Fowles says. “Every town’s a little bit different on how they expect things done and our team has adapted appropriately to meet these expectations.”
Sagebrook is just the beginning. Planning is already underway for The Rye, a 286-unit development and the next big step for our Nebraska operations.
“When we’re building a whole development like this, it’s basically its own little neighborhood,” Fowles says. “You’re literally building everything from the ground up.”

CIVCO: A Major Win for Commercial and Industrial
Meanwhile in Coralville, Iowa, Team Kline recently completed one of our largest commercial and industrial projects to date: a 96,000-square-foot facility for CIVCO Medical Solutions.
“This is definitely one of our larger projects,” says commercial project manager and lead foreman Anthony D’Andrea.
The facility runs on a 3,000-amp, three-phase service with full ATS and generator backup, two 1,200 distribution panels, one 600-amp distribution panel, a 1,200-amp bus duct and 13 additional panels ranging rom 200 to 400 amps.
Electricians from Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, and Waterloo all pitched in.
“The rewarding part is always the end product,” D’Andrea says. “Seeing it finished, the end user moving in and using the space—that’s what I enjoy the most.”
